ONLINE APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

At Roselands Automotive, the wellbeing of our customers, our team and our local community is very important to us, particularly in these uncertain times having to deal with COVID-19. We’re being guided by the NSW Government Department of Health as to how we can best protect the health of our staff and customers by following strict COVID safety protocols. Furthermore we have introduced contactless service and repairs online appointment requests.

1 - ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

For Contactless Servicing or repairs use our online appointment request form and submit when you would like to have your car booked for.

2 - APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your online request we will contact you with a phone call to confirm your appointment. if a lot is available or if not reschedule for another day,

3 - WORKSHOP ARRIVAL

Arrive at our workshop on your day of booking. Park in our secure car park and call us from your car. Our staff will greet you from a distance and you will be free to leave.
